Before I was the Trainer / Coach, I was the client. I grew up very overweight from childhood up until early adulthood. I tried losing weight for 4 years and didn't lose a single pound.
Once I connected with a coach and got onto a program, I lost 70lbs. My confidence grew after my physical change, and started to believe I could accomplish more.
I no longer settled for my menial job, I went to University and got my degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science, and have worked as a trainer since.
I now feel compelled to help those who don't know how to help themselves. I feel it is my calling to help people get healthier.
Not everyone can afford a coach, so it is my intention to make sure everyone has an opportunity to get healthier.
